Gender mainstreaming is the process of assessing how policies, programmes, and operational decisions affect women and men differently — and designing interventions that promote equity. Green Label Services supports organisations in developing gender-responsive strategies, conducting gender audits, training management and HR teams, and producing gender disaggregated data for reporting to donors, government bodies, and boards. We have particular expertise in applying gender mainstreaming within environmental health, occupational safety, and community development contexts — areas where intersecting vulnerabilities are often overlooked.
