A core pillar of our program is the intentional orientation, training, and empowerment of women in trades that have traditionally been male-dominated. We actively work to close the gender gap by creating an inclusive training environment and offering mentorship opportunities that inspire long-term career development for women.
At Green Label Services, our employee training programs are practical, hands-on, and carefully designed to meet the evolving demands of the waste management industry. We don’t just focus on technical skills, new staff are also equipped with essential soft skills such as financial literacy, entrepreneurship, digital tools for modern operations, effective communication, and workplace ethics. This holistic approach ensures our employees are well-prepared for both internal roles and future leadership opportunities within the sector.

We focus on key vocational areas that have high employability and entrepreneurial potential, including welding and metal fabrication, automotive repairs and maintenance, and the development of environmentally friendly energy products such as solar cookers, briquettes, and energy-saving stoves. Our approach ensures that graduates are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and the green economy.
